Using the form below, please register your child for the Community Theatre of Howell Middle School Summer Camp Program. If you are registering more than one child, you will have the option, after submitting this form, to register your next child. Please do not put multiple names on the same form. There is a $20 cancellation fee up to two weeks prior to the camp date. All fees are forfeited after the two week deadline. After registering your final child, please follow the link, provided to you on the on-line confirmation, to submit payment for camp. Your registration is not confirmed until payment is made.
This camp is a two week commitment. The camp will take place Monday through Friday during the weeks of July 11th-22nd. Camp will be from 6pm - 9pm each evening. Parents will be required to sign their child in and out each evening of camp.
The following represents the cost of camp:
One Child: $200.00 (before June 1); $230 (June 1st or later)
Two Children: $320.00 (before June 1); $368.00 (June 1st or later)
Three Children: $420.00 (before June 1); $483.00 (June 1st or later)
